About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize our online marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This fully remote role requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can translate business objectives into measurable digital growth strategies.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through integrated digital campaigns. You will oversee performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, email automation, analytics, and marketing technology platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid media, organic search, social media, and email.
- Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
- Identify new growth opportunities across emerging digital channels and platforms.
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Lead paid advertising initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Develop retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to drive conversions.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Oversee technical and on-page SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and gated content.
- Build and manage backlink strategies and domain authority growth.
- Monitor rankings and organic traffic performance.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
- Implement automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Segment audiences for targeted messaging and personalization.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Create dashboards and executive reports highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Translate complex data into strategic decisions and optimization plans.
Brand & Social Media Growth
- Develop social media strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor trends and leverage timely opportunities for content engagement.
- Build community engagement strategies and social listening initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to align lead generation strategies and improve funnel conversion.
- Collaborate with Product teams for feature launches and positioning.
- Coordinate with Designers and Copywriters for high-performing creative assets.
- Work with external agencies or vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for email and landing page optimization.
- Experience managing a marketing budget of $250K+ annually.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by growth in qualified leads and customer acquisition, improvement in conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), organic traffic growth, engagement metrics across channels, email campaign performance, and revenue contribution from digital channels.
Tools & Technologies
The Digital Marketing Manager should be comfortable working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, social media scheduling tools, paid media management platforms, SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, and A/B testing and CRO tools.
